The word that best describes this company is "pathetic". After you sign up, they treat you like a criminal and demand you to send them personal documents. But, the messages platform is buggy and you will have problems uploading the images. The welcome email is outdated and lacks information. After you manage to work around all of this and upload your files to their server, you will have no way to test the website before changing DNS. I asked their support if there was a temporary URL that I could use for testing and they told me that I had to buy a dedicated server if I wanted to test my website before updating the DNS… LOL!
On top of all this, there are several PHP and htaccess features that they don’t support, while any standard shared hosting does.
Last but not least, after all this nightmare, my website was put on a server with blacklisted IP address and adult content.

My site hacked 3 times while staying with them. And they says - its the sole responsibilities of clients. Wow.

Junky dedicated servers. Slow 50 read write ssd, no turbo on in bios, slow ram mhz.

Ridiculous support.

You guys need to up your game on your dedicated server provisions, ssd speed and ram. Not kidding.

I bought a VPS with them for 1 year on Black Friday. The two months were ok. I use the VPS to sync my files between Dropbox and Google drive. The syncing was going ok until I needed to sync 35GB. I started the sync process at night
and wake up in the morning with them shutting down the server because it is reading and writing to the hard disk at the same time. Which is according to their support is using more than it is assigned to the VPS.

I had the same server with OVH with the same specification and the same setup and I never heard from them about the hard disks ( I have been using OVH servers for two years now ).

When I said ok, I will cancel the server and please refund me the 10 months left ( I already paid for 12 and used 2 ), they said that they do not prorate and thy can't refund me anything since the first 30 days have passed.

I really don't care about the money or their crappy servers but I am amazed how they take the money and feel ok about giving nothing in return.

Never commit for a long term plan with this service provider else you will be stuck with it and there is absolutely no refund or change of plan possible even if the current plan does not meet your requirement. As I understand you
Will have one month to review prior to cancelling your plan. In my case, the first month, I had no issues. I started to have the issue after 2nd month. I tried to explain my concerns with the Support / Sales however they send you a long list of policies and procedures which in short tells you that you will have to live with the service whether is meets your needs or don't. They do provide good specs when comparing with other service providers however their VPS are not designed for MT4 traders. The minute you run 3 instances of MT4 on a 4GB/ 4 CPU plan it will stop responding. I have VPS server from other providers with 2 GB / 2 CPU and can run 6 instances of MT4 without any issue.

I asked them to kindly refund my pending months as it does not meet my requirement however they declined the request. On black friday they had interesting option of dedicated server which I asked if I could swap my current VPS to the dedicated server and pay the difference. Below response from the Sales:

"Greetings, there is no direct upgrade path possible from 1 package to that, but you are welcome to purchase a new package if it better fits your needs to expand/grow as you see fit."

I finally give up on them and no longer want a refund and any service they offer.

This company has terrible support and their servers are very stingy on options, storage and I hate their 90-nearly 100% off ads.

1. Their c panel web hosting has you locked out of opcache, f_url-open so this means you can't run anything except wordpress and phpless flat file websites since the powerful cool scripts all use pho opcache and furl open.
2. Bad support.
3. Stingy dedicated server storage. No matter what option they have it's a tiny itty bitty sad drive around 100-250 gb. 1 drive. You couldn't host a streaming site or anything except blog site which is free e everywhere else so defeats the whole point of a dedicated server.
4. Their unlimited storage is a lie. They throw you in a shared server that is nearly 90% full and then you get scold for uploading too much on that last 10% of their stingy storage drive.
5. When you order they back up full price on monthly. Their 90% off is garbage. Black Friday even.

I would love to use their dedicated one day but man 100-250 gb is ridiculous. That's less than 90% of the 10 dollar vps out there. Some are 1tb for 8 buck's a month and I can prove it.

Slowest hosting ever, and worst customer service ever.
Turnket Internet (Turnket Internet) deleted my 4-years old paid website from their servers although I paid for another 2 years of hosting in advance! They deleted my account as well so I can't complain or write an email to helpdesk. They sent me a suspension warning email that I am backing my data up into their servers, and they did not bother reading my reply that the folder they mentioned is an online album that is shared online (it was not a violation of their terms, but they just did not want to honour their contract and it seems the easiest way to do that is delete me account and hosting!)
